my favourite pokemon!

just a rough list. not necessarily accurate. maybe a bit. maybe a lot. not in any particular order.

roserade - roserade is beautiful, and was also the first pokemon i ever got to level 100. as a child i used roserades giga drain move to get through the game. i became very attached to roserade because of how much use i got out of him. iirc i named him something related to probably monarchy or something.

sylveon - again, sylveon is a very beautiful pokemon. sylveon was the second pokemon i ever got to level 100. seeing a pattern here? although i can't pinpoint any particular sylveon move that i used a lot, the fairy typing qualities certaintly helped me get through the game. i also really enjoyed playing with it on pokemon amie, because it's so cute.

corviknight - what can i even tell you.. corviknight is SO COOL. i absolutely love the character design here. along with that, corviknight was the MVP of my pokemon team in galar.

obstagoon - another pattern here... i love the way obstagoon looks, seriously. I named mine piers, after the gym leader piers, lol. i was levelling up my galarian zigzagoon for SO long trying to get obstagoon. eventually i got frustrated and wondered why it wasn't evolving, so i looked it up. apparently it needed to level up at night. anyway i finally got it and i love it :3

toxtricity - TOXTRICITYYYYYY. i love this guy so much. i named mine toxxy. again looks soooo cool. i love toxtricity's colour scheme. i also think that the poison/electric combo is very fun. 10/10 would catch again

piplup - this is a childhood fav. i did not play pokemon diamond and pearl as a child, BW was my first pokemon game. i did watch the anime though, and i loved dawn and piplup. what really got me obsessed though, was this little piplup figurine i got from mcdonald's when i was little. idk why but it became really special and important to me. i thought of it like a lucky charm and wouldn't leave the house without making sure it was in my bag! as for in-game, when i did eventually get a piplup i was underwhelmed. still, a very very cute pokemon that i will always care about.

yveltal - one of my fav legendaries. something about this guy just really resonated with me. creature of destruction maybe? also looks cool as hell and was really fun to have on my team.

shaymin - do i even have to say anything? shaymin is adorable. end of story.

shedinja - this pokemon is on this list specifically because of it's typing. i really identify with the concepts of bugs and ghosts, so i latched onto this pokemon because of its bug/ghost typeset. not that interesting, pretty cute. value really lies in the lack of other bug/ghost pokemon in the games.
